MAMAHADI AND FRANKFORT WASTE WATER TREATMENT
Successfully represented client in urgent court proceedings, Smartux and Rand Water sought to set aside the awarding of a R120 million tender in favour of our client.

COAL BENEFICIATION PLANT
Successfully represented client in court proceedings, against a metal fabricator, who sold a defective coal beneficiation plant worth over R30 million.
Successfully appealed to the SCA a finding of 50% apportionment of damages against our client. The parties settled at the door steps, merits settled 80% in favour of our client.
